Color in bloom

Look what my sweet hubby gave me for Valentine's Day! He showed up at my work with these pretty flowers and lunch from Subway! I was so surprised...I was just sitting there charting and all of a sudden I hear a knock on the nursery window. When I opened the door, he peeked around the corner and said "Happy Valentine's Day!" It made my day! But the poor thing was embarrassed 'cause when I gave him a kiss, my head nurse stuck her head in the room and said something like, "Oooh, look who's gettin' some sugar!" Nathan's face turned so red and he didn't stay long after that. Ha! I guess that's why he's not too fond of coming up to my work, all the older ladies like to tease him!

You'll never believe it, but the flowers are still going strong! I've added more water to them once and they seem to show no signs of fading just yet! Nathan asked the florist to add a calla lily to the arrangement since he knows they're my favorite flower. Wasn't that sweet? I thought so! :)

    How sweet is that! Hang on to him Miss Ashlie! You ask me about my side bars on my blog...just click and drag them to where ever you want them...but if you are asking about having 3 columns well...that's a little complicated....I found a website with tons on tutorials on how to do differnet things to a blog..however..I lost the site when my computer crashed... :( If I can think of it I will send it to you. You might find it by doing a google search on 3 column blog layout... Anyway that's how I did the 3 columns, I hope you find something...It's not that hard to do..but I can't remember every step to tell you. Good luck with it! Blessings, Nancy

It's been a year, y'all. A year since I married the love of my life, the funniest man on earth, the sweetest husband around, and the only leader I will follow unconditionally. Hello? It's me again!

Hello all! Apparently I decided to take a 2 1/2 month blog break. I know, you wish I would've warned you. But, the thing is, it just sorta happened on the fly. I got busy, was too lazy to post, and my sister moved away (that's a whole other post). And to top it all off, my computer decided to succumb to one or several of the viruses floating around WebLand. So, when I was ready to post two weeks ago...ha! no internet connection! So there. Those pesky little 1's and 0's showed me! I just thought I was gonna get back into the swing of blogging. Anyway, my computer has been revived (thank you, Lord) and I am anxious to show you what I've been up to this summer. Yes, I have a few PICTURES! Yay!
